[ENG] Hello, survivors!

As we all know, the ocean is a treacherous place, and it is just above the abyss that VHS is traveling these days. Depths where tentacles, claws and eyes await. Curious eyes of a certain ocean inhabitant who wanted to take a look at our work. And when Mr. Cthulhu is the one to ask, you're obliged to please him.

Unfortunately, he liked VHS so much that he's still reading the manuals, and this interest will inevitably delay the arrival of VHS at the port of Genoa, which instead of December 12, will arrive on the 15th, with container unloading on the 20th.

This, mixed with the proximity to Christmas, will deal a blow to deliveries, which may not take place by the end of December. In any case, we will, as always, do what we can to speed up shipments and most importantly, to keep you constantly updated.

BUT for every bad news, there is also a good one! In fact, the Horror Configuration has arrived! So feast your eyes, hoping these photos will brighten your day!

[ITA] Salve a tutti e a tutte, sopravvissuti!

Come tutti sappiamo, l'oceano è un posto insidioso, ed è proprio al di sopra delle più buie profondità abissali che VHS sta viaggiando in questi giorni. Profondità dove attendono tentacoli, artigli e occhi. Occhi in questo caso curiosi, in quanto una nostra comune conoscenza ha voluto dare uno sguardo al nostro lavoro. E quando è Mr Cthulhu a chiedertelo, non puoi non accontentarlo.

Sfortunatamente gli è piaciuto così tanto che sta ancora leggendo i manuali. E diciamo sfortunatamente in quanto purtroppo questo interesse farà inevitabilmente ritardare l'arrivo di VHS al porto di Genova, che anziché il 12 di Dicembre, arriverà il 15, con scaricamento dei container il 20.

Questo, misto alla vicinanza con le festività natalizie, purtroppo darà un duro colpo alle nostre previsioni di consegna, che potrebbero non avvenire entro fine dicembre. Ad ogni modo, noi faremo come sempre il possibile per velocizzare le spedizioni e soprattutto, per tenervi costantemente aggiornati.

MA per ogni cattiva notizia, ce n'è anche una buona. Infatti, i dadi di VHS sono arrivati! Perciò, rifatevi gli occhi con la Configurazione dell'Orrore, sperando che la sua vista vi allieti la giornata!

[ENG] Good morning, survivors!

Today we want to update you on the arrival of VHS at our office and, obviously, the shipments! READ CAREFULLY!

• December 12: The ship carrying VHS will arrive at the port of Genoa (Italy) (assuming Cthulhu does not decide to sink it).
• December 12 - 15: The ship will be unloaded.
• December 17: VHS will arrive at our office and we will begin packing.
• December 20 - 22: VHS will be shipped to the Backers.

NOTE 1: Except for the days we need to prepare the packages, these dates are all approximate and beyond our control. The ship could be delayed, as well as the courier who will deliver VHS to us and the one who will deliver the packages to you.

NOTE 2: Being under the Christmas season, our distribution warehouse may not be open when we finish preparing the packages. In that case, they will be shipped in early January.

Where it is up to us, we will do everything we can to make sure your homes are filled with horror as soon as possible!

December 12 will also be the day we will close VHS pre-orders on Backerkit. So if you haven't already done so, please make sure you have answered the survey and then sent us your shipping information.

PRODUCTS YOU WILL NEVER FIND AGAIN! After Backerkit closes, you will no longer be able to get VHS: Spin-off, the Dice Set, the Soundtrack, and the Poster.

VHS IN OUR STORE: A few days after Backerkit closes, VHS will be available for purchase in our store ( www.acesgames.it ). Those who purchase it will receive the digital products immediately, but for the physical ones they will have to wait until early January, after we finish shipping VHS to backers.

[ITA] Buongiorno a tutti voi, sopravvissuti!

Con questo Update vogliamo aggiornarvi riguardo all'arrivo di VHS presso la nostra sede e quindi il conseguente inizio delle spedizioni! LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE!

• 12 Dicembre: La nave carica di VHS arriverà al porto di Genova (Italia) (sempre se Cthulhu non decide di affondarla).
• 12 - 15 Dicembre: La merce verrà sdoganata e la nave scaricata.
• 17 Dicembre: La merce arriverà presso la nostra sede e inizieremo a preparare i pacchi.
• 20 - 22 Dicembre: La merce verrà spedita ai Backers.

NOTA 1: Queste date sono tutte indicative e, a parte i giorni necessari alla preparazione dei pacchi, non dipendono da noi. La nave potrebbe fare ritardo, così come i corrieri che ci consegneranno le scatole e i corrieri che consegneranno i pacchi a voi. 

NOTA 2: Essendo sotto il periodo natalizio, il nostro magazzino di distribuzione potrebbe non essere aperto quando finiremo di preparare i pacchi. In questo caso, verranno spediti a inizio di gennaio.

Laddove dipenda da noi, faremo tutto il possibile per far sì che le vostre case vengano riempite dall'orrore quanto prima!

CONSEGNA A MANO: Nel caso in cui non riuscissimo a spedire le copie durante il periodo natalizio, ci organizzeremo per effettuare la consegna a mano presso la nostra sede e presso la zona di Milano (in zone e date specifiche che verranno elencate nelle prossime settimane) tra il 26 e il 30 Dicembre.

In questo caso naturalmente, verrete rimborsati delle spese di spedizione.

Il 12 Dicembre sarà anche il giorno in cui chiuderemo i pre-ordini di VHS su Backerkit. Perciò, se non l'avete ancora fatto, assicuratevi di aver risposto alla survey e di averci mandato quindi i vostri dati per la spedizione.

PRODOTTI CHE NON TROVERETE MAI PIU'! Alla chiusura di Backerkit, non potrete più aggiudicarvi VHS: Spin-off, il Set di Dadi, la Colonna Sonora e la Locandina.

VHS SUL NOSTRO STORE: Qualche giorno dopo la chiusura di Backerkit, VHS sarà acquistabile sul nostro store ( www.acesgames.it ). Chi lo acquisterà riceverà subito i prodotti digitali, ma per quelli fisici dovrà aspettare la fine delle spedizioni ai Backers.

[ENG] By mistake, we wrote in the previous update (and also in the video) that VHS delivery will take place in December 2023. This is obviously an error! The delivery will take place in December 2022!

Sorry, a Monster hit us on the head while we were writing.

[ITA] Per sbaglio, nell'update precedente (e anceh nel video) abbiamo scritto che la consegna di VHS avverrà a Dicembre 2023. Ovviamente è un errore! La consegna avverrà a Dicembre 2022!

Scusate, un Mostro ci ha dato una botta in testa mentre scrivevamo.

[ENG] Good morning everyone! We've just received print proofs for VHS and... well, there is nothing to say. This video will speak for us! We can't wait for you to hold it in your hands! As planned, VHS will arrive at our office in December, after which we will begin shipping! We are very close now!

But before you can jump into horror, we announce that we've launched the Kickstarter of Unglorious, the Necro-fantasy RPG where you will play as an undead! The Early Birds for this campaign will end at 11:59 PM (CET) today (November 4)!

We hope you enjoy all the horror we have prepared. It has been a long work but supported by the success of this campaign and your enthusiasm.

Did you participate in the Kickstarter but haven't received the email yet? Facing difficulties with the download? Then feel free to write to us at [email protected] or leave us a message here on the Kickstarter page and we will respond as soon as possible.

All that's left now is to wait for the physical VHS format as well, but in the meantime, you can already start pressing play... and screaming!

Assicuratevi di controllare la casella di posta che ci avete fornito al momento della survey e controllate anche in spam e in posta indesiderata.

Speriamo che tutto l'orrore che abbiamo preparato sia di vostro gradimento. È stato un lavoro lungo, ma supportato dal successo di questa campagna e dal vostro entusiasmo.
